KABINA More road. Less red tape.

More road.
Less bureaucracy.

KABINA connects drivers, fleet managers and service providers to coordinate support for trucks, buses and vans—from initial assessment to quotation, approval and documentation. Service history supports decision-making and prevention.

The problem

A stop costs more than the repair.

Hours of downtime, late cargo, decisions taken over the phone and a job that ends without a record. Fleet operations depend on solving this with method: who attends, what it costs, who authorises and what is recorded.

What KABINA does

Attend

The driver requests help on WhatsApp. The platform applies the fleet's rules and dispatches a qualified nearby provider, with the evidence from the report.

Decide

Quote before authorisation. Within the approval limit, automatic approval; above it, the manager decides with one tap, with an audit trail.

Anticipate

Every job feeds the vehicle's history. Recurrences and due services become an action queue so the manager can act before the next stop.

The product

A tyre blows out on the highway. See what each person sees.

The driver reports with two photos. The fleet manager follows the incident in the fleet queue, with value, provider and status. The provider receives the complete call. Everything ends in a dossier.

Who it is for

One platform, four places in the operation.

Fleets

Operational continuity, cost under control and traceability of every job.

Service providers

Complete calls, recorded quotes and organised service, with a reputation that counts.

OEMs, dealer networks and suppliers

A relationship with real operations and field intelligence from the fleets that authorise it.

Technology partners and investors

A part in building and evolving a platform designed for national scale.

The scale of the challenge

A continental Brazil.

About 1.7 million kilometres of roads.

Brazil's commercial fleet runs on a network that size, across very different regions, conditions and service networks. KABINA is built to operate at that scale: fleet rules, technical knowledge and accredited providers that follow the vehicle wherever it is.
