KABINA More road. Less red tape.
About KABINA

Fleet operations, organised on one platform.

KABINA resolves a commercial vehicle's roadside stop with method: initial diagnosis, the right provider, a quote before authorisation and a full record. It then uses that knowledge to help the fleet stop less.

The problem

Between the stopped vehicle and the operation back on track, a lot gets lost.

A commercial vehicle stopped on the road sets off a chain of decisions: who attends, what it costs, who authorises, what was done. Today that chain runs over phone calls and messages, with no standard and no record. The outcome is familiar: hours of downtime, prices without a reference, failures that repeat.

KABINA puts that chain on a platform, with rules defined by the fleet and a record that outlives the job.

Inside

Four functions, one record.

Attend

The driver requests help on WhatsApp: category, location, photos and description. The platform performs the initial triage and dispatches a qualified nearby provider.

Quote and authorise

The provider sends a quote before doing the work. The fleet's rule decides: automatic up to the limit; above it, the manager approves or declines with one tap.

Record

Service report, evidence, values and every time-stamped event are kept in an incident dossier that feeds the vehicle's history.

Anticipate

Recurrences, overdue services and vehicle signals become a preventive action queue for the manager.

Each role on its own channel

  • Driver

WhatsApp: reports, follows and rates without installing anything. In the demonstration, the journey is shown on a phone screen.

  • Fleet manager

Portal and app: incident queue, approval limits, dossiers, history and preventive panel.

  • Service provider

App and WhatsApp: receives the complete call, confirms arrival, sends the quote, the service report and photos.

Intelligence

How knowledge supports every decision.

From the report and the photos, the platform generates diagnostic hypotheses and checks them against its own technical base: failure modes of commercial vehicles, associated signs, the provider specialty required and what to do first. The result guides the dispatch; it does not replace the technician's report.

Safety rules prevail over any suggestion: with critical signs, the vehicle does not continue. Every closed job returns knowledge to the base and to the vehicle's history, and that is what feeds prevention.

Triage

Initial hypothesis, urgency and specialty from the report, to dispatch the right provider.

Reference

The history of values and jobs supports the fleet's review of each quote.

Prevention

Recurrences and due services become actions with priority, deadline and evidence.

Operating rules

What does not change from partner to partner.

  • The fleet's data belongs to the fleet.

Each fleet decides what it shares and with whom. Nothing is open by default.

  • Aggregated insights only with authorisation.

Industry partners receive field intelligence from the connected operations that authorise it, always in aggregated form.

  • A neutral network.

The provider is chosen by qualification, proximity and reputation, according to the fleet's rule. No hidden commercial preference.

  • Privacy and data protection.

Minimal collection, a defined purpose and consent for each sensitive feature, in line with Brazil's LGPD.

Origin

Born from operations, not from technology.

KABINA began to take shape in the first quarter of 2025, from the concrete problems of commercial-vehicle operations: the roadside stop, the decision without a reference and the missing record.

The founding group brings together executive experience in the automotive industry, dealer networks and fleets, with complementary skills in technology, finance and governance. The platform is being built together with a specialised technology partner.

Stage and timeline

What is done, what is under way and what is planned.

    Conception Done

Definition of the problem, the operating model and the roles of driver, manager and provider.

  2. 2026
    Navigable demonstration Current

Journeys of the three roles, from report to dossier, in a simulated scenario. Includes triage, dispatch, quote with approval limit, service report, evidence, preventive panel and a simulated financial closing.

  3. 2026
Product with technology partner In progress

Product development based on the demonstration, with a specialised technology partner: WhatsApp channels, manager portal, provider app and accredited network.

  4. Nov 2026
    Presentation at Fenatran 2026 Planned

Presentation planned for the trade fair in São Paulo (9–13 November).

  5. After the fair
    Operational tests with fleets Planned

Operation with selected fleets and accredited providers in the São Paulo region.

  6. H1 2027
    Commercial operation Planned

Planned horizon for the start of commercial operation, including payments through the platform.

Items marked as planned are work forecasts, not firm commitments.
