KABINA More road. Less red tape.
Partnerships

Where your company fits into fleet operations.

KABINA organises an ecosystem around one simple thing: the commercial vehicle back in operation, with a recorded decision. Each segment joins for a concrete advantage.

The advantage of taking part

The advantage of taking part

Fleets

Operational continuity, cost under control and traceability: every job with a quote, authorisation and dossier. Fleet rules applied automatically.

Service providers

Complete calls, with evidence and location; a quote recorded before the work; a report and photos that support payment; a reputation that brings the next calls.

OEMs, dealer networks and suppliers

A relationship with the vehicles' real operations and field intelligence — failure modes, parts, times — from the fleets that authorise it, always aggregated.

Technology and strategic partners

A part in building and evolving the platform: integrations, payments, telematics, insurance, capital. A platform designed for national scale from the start.

Segments

Three groups, nine segments.

Operations

Fleets and carriersLess downtime, costs with a reference and a record of every job.

The fleet sets approval limits, SLAs and service radius. The platform applies the rules, dispatches the provider and records everything in a dossier.

Who it is for: Truck, bus and van fleets; carriers; logistics operators.

Service providersComplete calls, recorded quotes and a reputation that counts.

Mechanics, tyre services, electrical, brakes, fuel assistance, bodywork. The provider receives the call with evidence, confirms arrival and sends the quote, the report and photos.

Who it is for: Workshops, tyre shops, auto-electricians, tow services and mobile providers.

Fuel stations and support pointsA safe place for the job and presence in the driver's journey.

A support location for repairs and waiting, with qualified commercial-vehicle traffic.

Who it is for: Fuel station networks, trucker support centres and highway rest areas.

Industry and distribution

OEMsA relationship with operations and authorised field intelligence.

Aggregated insights on failure modes, repair times and parts, from the fleets that authorise it. A channel for after-sales and assistance programmes.

Who it is for: Manufacturers of trucks, buses, vans and bodies.

Dealers and networksQualified calls and presence in on-route service.

The network takes part as an accredited provider and receives incidents that match its specialty and region.

Who it is for: Dealer groups and authorised service networks.

Parts and tyresReal demand and durability insights in operation.

Supply to the network's providers and fleets; aggregated insights on component performance, with authorisation.

Who it is for: Parts and tyre manufacturers and distributors.

Services

Insurers and assistanceAn incident documented from start to finish.

A dossier with evidence, report and values, useful for assistance products and claims handling.

Who it is for: Insurers, 24-hour assistance companies and risk managers.

Finance and paymentsService payment through the platform, planned in scope.

Billing, provider settlement and reconciliation integrated with the incident. Planned for the commercial-operation phase.

Who it is for: Acquirers, banks, fintechs and issuers.

Telematics and technologyIntegrations that enrich the incident and prevention.

Odometer, alerts and vehicle location feed triage and the preventive queue, with the fleet's authorisation.

Who it is for: Telematics, tracking, fleet management systems and development partners.

Operating rules. Field intelligence refers to the operations that are actually connected and authorised: there is no unrestricted access to fleet data. The network is neutral and approval rules belong to each fleet. Each fleet's data belongs to the fleet.
